Weekly Property Maintaince

What People Are Saying

The Value of Weekly Property Maintenance

Consistency You Can Count On

You’ll have a set visit day and the same crew each week — no skipped weeks, no rebooking. Rain, shine, or snow, we show up. That reliability keeps your property looking sharp and saves you the headache of chasing down scheduling or surprise costs.

Custom-Tailored Each Visit

Every week your property gets exactly what it needs at the same cost as a mow — mowing when it’s growing, maintenance when it’s not. From weeding and shrub trimming to seasonal touch-ups, cleanups, or light winter care, every visit adapts to your property’s priorities and the season at hand.

Year-Round Value & Priority

Your property stays protected and cared for 52 weeks a year under one flat monthly rate. From mowing season through winter upkeep, you save money over one-time cleanups and keep first-priority scheduling when spring returns.

Have a question?

Each week, your crew visits on the same day. If the lawn needs cutting, we mow. If not, we use that same visit for maintenance — tasks like weeding, trimming, pruning, or cleanup — based on your property’s priorities and the season. Every visit keeps your landscape looking its best without extra scheduling or added costs.

Traditional mowing stops when the grass slows or weather changes. WPM keeps going.

When mowing isn’t needed, your visit becomes a Property Maintenance Visit (PMV) — where crews handle the tasks that matter most for your property that week.

Core PMV Tasks (usable anytime):

  • Weeding in beds, cracks, and edges

  • Edge line refreshes and bed borders

  • Light shrub pruning or shaping (non-ladder)

  • Perimeter trimming along fences or woodlines

  • Stick, branch, and debris cleanup

  • Trash and litter pickup

  • Bed rake refreshes and mulch bed smoothing

  • Patio, porch, and driveway blowdowns

  • Visual inspection (plant health, pests, irrigation)

Seasonal PMV Tasks:

  • Spring: Re-edge and shape beds, apply pre-emergent, early pruning, debris cleanup

  • Summer: Ongoing weeding, hard-edge definition, shrub shaping, bed rake-throughs and mulch smoothing

  • Fall: Weekly leaf control, deadheading, debris clearing, pre-winter pruning

  • Winter:

(Performed during your scheduled weekly visit. Not a plowing contract.)

    • Light snow clearing (up to ~3”) on walkways, steps, and access points

    • Ice-melt application where needed

    • Drain, gutter, and downspout checks to reduce freeze issues

    • Small branch + debris removal after storms

    • Snow brushed off shrubs to prevent breakage

    • Early spring prep: cutbacks, debris cleanup, mulch/bed checks

Important: WPM does not include driveway plowing, on-call storm response, or snow removal outside your scheduled visit. A separate plow provider is recommended for full winter storms.

Every WPM client’s visit is built around their top priorities and seasonal needs — making it more than mowing; it’s full property management.

Yes — WPM operates 52 weeks a year.
During winter the service shifts from growth management to keeping the property protected and looking cared for. Crews handle light snow, ice control, and other winter services, so everything stays safe, neat, and ready for spring.

There’s no yearly contract, and you can pause if you need to. Most clients choose to stay active because it keeps their route day secured, pricing locked in, and guarantees priority scheduling. This eliminates the need to request new quotes, secure openings with multiple companies, or wait for availability during the seasonal surge.

Each visit follows a clear order of priority, but the crew ultimately uses their discretion to decide what makes the most sense for your property that week — factoring in weather, growth, and timing.

  • Mowing — If the lawn needs cutting, that takes the full visit.

  • Client Top 3 Priorities — When mowing isn’t needed, crews focus on your top three priorities when conditions allow.

  • Seasonal PMV Tasks — Depending on weather or property needs, seasonal work like pruning, edging, or storm prep may take precedence or be blended in with client priorities.

Crews are trained to balance your preferences with what benefits the property most in that moment.
If a request falls outside the standard PMV scope or requires more time than the scheduled visit, our team will provide a separate project quote to keep everything fair, efficient, and on schedule.

PM is a flat-rate weekly program based on property size — the same cost as a mow every week, whether we’re mowing or maintaining.
There’s no hourly billing, no skipped weeks, and no surprise fees. The program is weekly by design, so service continues each week to keep the property consistent.

Billing:

  • Flat monthly rate based on your property tier (Small / Medium / Large / XL)

  • Billed in advance on the 1st of each month

  • Autopay required (card on file)

  • No credits for skipped weeks

  • If you ever choose to cancel, you simply finish out the current billing month — no long-term commitment beyond that.

Yes — WPM runs 52 weeks a year.
In the winter, the focus shifts from growth management to property protection and appearance upkeep. Crews handle light snow, ice control, and preventative maintenance so your property stays safe, tidy, and ready for spring.

There’s no yearly contract, and clients can pause if they need to — but most stay active year-round because it saves them from the biggest spring headache: waiting weeks for a new landscaper, re-quoting everything, and reaching out to 5–10 companies just to get on a schedule.

Staying active keeps your route day locked in, pricing protected, and gives you first-priority scheduling the moment spring hits. It’s the simplest way to avoid the spring rush and never get stuck on a long waitlist again.
